What are people seeing for bounceback offers now?

We are just back and BB was 35 percent off deluxe. But availability was awful for an upcoming trip in early March (not even a really busy time). Dates were listed as available but resorts are slim pickings - generally just the most expensive categories which makes it not so much a great deal. I miss the days when BB was a great deal and availability was decent.

Each time we have used them, and that's been twice, we booked for the same time as we were there but for the next year.

Depends when you go. Early in the year they're for the same year. Later in the year they're for the following year.

Totally agree with this. We called in December for next November and only had 2 categories at BWI and one at YC offered, non of those were a view we desired, so we had to select a more expensive view. We have decided to go this coming April to stay at AKL and are hoping to get BB for next January for GF (my dream stay), but even at 35% off, if a standard room is not offered, we'll have to pass.

We also agree with the lack of rooms available on the bounce back. We booked a room only bounce back back in October. The RO BB was so new that most resorts didn't have the printed booklet in their rooms yet. At that time there weren't any regular rooms available at the BC for April, only club level rooms. So we had to take the YC instead.

As far as a BB for January 2016 - it won't be available until the fall - probably Oct. The BB offer you will get this April will be for 2015 dates, not 2016.

Us too! Was there in December and booked POFQ with the BB rate for March, which was great because POFQ is rarely part of the general discounts that are offered.

Are these dates for check-in, like with FD promos? Or does your whole stay have to fit into these specific periods? i.e. Would a stay from 10/29 to 11/7 qualify since we'd be checking in within the period listed above from "10/16 - 11/5"?

Also, in general has anyone looked at how these offers compare to AP room discounts? I believe the discount amounts are around the same, but do you know if AP or BB offers more extensive resort or room choices? Hoping somebody has some good info here!

No. Room discounts are date specific. Only the dates listed are discounted regardless of check in.

Can't help with the comparisons to ap though.
