What are my chances?

We will be at WDW from Oct. 16-26. We have some PS's set up, but I didn't set up any for lunch, as we usually just access counter service places. My question is this: if we are willing to eat at off peak times, what are the chances of getting an early or late lunch at a restaurant that takes PS's, like say, San Angel at EP or LTT at MK. Possible or not likely? Thanks for any thoughts!

I don't think you'll have any problem. We've never had a problem at lunch walking into sit downs.

Have never had a problem at off peak times. You should be okay.
