What are My Chances?

My family and I recently purchased a re-sale at SSR. We were told it will be next week before we are in the Disney system and can book ressies. We would like to go this year December 4th - 9th. What are our chances of getting a room? There will only be three of us going so we will only need a studio. Thanks

Those dates will be tough to get so you will need to seek a reservation the minute you are in the system. Studios go very fast also. You may need to go on a waitlist. But you could hit it lucky and December is more than 4 months away! Good luck and Welcome Home!

Sorry, that's one of the most popular times for DVC members and it gets booked up very soon after the 11 month timeframe.

Even if there are just a few days available when you call - I would grab what they have and waitlist for the rest.

I know that you will have to be on the waiting list. We tried to book for this time and no studios were available. Our wait list for Dec. 6 to 8 just came through last week. If I remember right there were no studios available for 1 week straight until Jan. 2.

For SSR or OKW you should have a really good chance, for the smaller villas's it will be tough. we've been on the waitlist for BCV, BWV & VWL since the 7 month mark for the same dates and nothing has come through

At least one person is reporting that there is already a waitlist for studios at SSR for 12/4 and 12/6.
