What are crowds like in Mid March

Is it just Canada who has their Spring Breaks in March??? What kinds of crowds can I expect.... Thank you for the help.

Colleges in the US have their spring breaks in March. My spring break for undergrad and grad was the first week of March. We were there around the end of March a couple of years ago and it was crowded.
