What are Connections vouchers?

I'm new to these boards, so what exactly are Connections vouchers and what do you need to do to get them?

There is a lot of info. on the Budget Board about the vouchers. Do a search of "Connections" on the BB and you'll get everything you need to know and more! That's what I did when I was a newbie
