Pooh and Tigger jet back and forth between CP and 1900 PF during breakfast with their Disney magic. That's what they're doing when they take their break from the restaurant - going back and forth between MK and GF.

Unless there has been a very recent change, the characters at 1900 Park Fare breakfast are: Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh & Tigger. Pooh & Tigger are also at Crystal Palace along with Eyeore & Piglet. As with all character meals these are the scheduled characters to appear, but there is no guarantee you will see those exact same characters.
