I really enjoy the "Price Trends By Resort" page on your site. It'd be handy to have a way to filter that list by ranges like contract size so I can dial in on what I might be able to target for say a 100 pt contract. If that's possible, that'd be interesting. Thanks for doing that site!

Since you have rack rates now, I think it'd be interesting to see which resorts have the best "value" (highest rack rates) per point. I used your figures to do an analysis of standard 1BRs (my preferred room type) across the resorts, and found the below. I was surprised that I'd be better off just generally staying rack at Vero or Hilton Head.

I was surprised by BCV as well. Boardwalk views at BWV are also $29/point, so BCV is basically comparable to the boardwalk views. I would probably pick boardwalk view over standard at BWV anyways…

Yeup the BW view rooms at BWV go for a bit more than studios at BCV despite BCV being harder to get into generally. The 3 nights I booked at BCV went for 550 a night rack rate, the 3 nights I booked at BW went for 1100 a night rack rate.
