I am trying to customize my autograph book with the pictures of the chareactes on there page. do you think this is a bad idea, maybe to time comsuming? anyway what disney charectera do you really get to see like i am sure that you dont get to see elliot since hes so old but can anyone help me?

I know a lot of people will add the pictures when they get home. If you're going to add them beforehand it could be time consuming to find the "right" picture if you see a character you can just walk-up to. There are so many characters you can see that the list would go on and on!!

That is a great idea - you will for sure see Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Chip and Dale. They are at the Mickey's House and the Judges Tent. If you get a PS and go to Chef Mickey's you will for sure see all the same plus Donald Duck. If you go to Crystal Palace you will for sure see Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet. The princesses can be hard to get unless you have a PS at 1900 Park Square for the Cinderella dinner, the storybook breakfast at epcot or CRT. Though you can get to see Belle behind the castle... she does a story time in a small courtyard.

If you go to AK you will see Rafiki for sure if you go over to Rafiki's exhibits. If you arrive first thing at Epcot when the Bus arrives you will get... a bunch ...frankly I don't remeber them all... Capt Hook, Mr. Snee, pinochio, gepetto, I think severeal of the dwarfs from Snow White...some ape I don't even know who he was...

I do this for every trip for my kids. Are you going to any character breakfasts? Make sure you have a page for those characters. There's a meet and greet for Toy Story. Stitch is around his ride. Belle and Ariel are around Fantasyland.
I do a page for each of the typical characters you will see. Then I will do several of what I call "generic pages" for those unexpected sightings.

Well, I have seen the following at the Magic Kingdom:
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, Belle, Jasmine, Ariel, the seven dwarfs, Brer Bear, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Capt Hook, Jafar, Genie, Aladdin, Peter Pan, Wendy, Smee, Baloo, King Louie, Mowgli, Alice, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, Buzz Lightyear, Chip and Dale, Stitch, Frollo,

At Epcot we have seen Belle and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore, Jasmine, Aladdin and Genie, Snow White and Dopey, Mulan, Chip and Dale, King Louie, Baloo, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Pluto.

At Disney MGM we have seen Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Jessie, Playhouse Disney characters, Lilo and Stitch, Mulan and Shan, the Incredibles, Sorcerer Mickey, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Esmerelda, Megara, Hercules

At Animal Kingdom we have seen Thumper, Lilo and Stitch, Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Donald, Daisy, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Baloo, King Louie, Rafiki, Pocohontas, Jane, DeVine and others.

This, of course, has been over the years, so not all of these characters may be there everyday, however, if you stop by Guest Relations on your way into the park, if there are specific characters in which you are interested, you can ask where and when they are scheduled to appear.

The pictures on each page is exactly what we do! Yes, it was time-consuming to prepare, but so worth it! The characters love to see themselves in the autograph books, and then it is also easy to tell who you got and who you still have to find!

I found the trickiest thing was arranging the order of the pictures. I needed two books since I had well over 100 characters to find! I roughly started with the classics, and then by characters most likely found in a park, i.e. I tried to put all the Animal Kingdom characters (Terk, Jane, Flik, Atta) all next to each other. But that gets impossible quickly as most characters can be found in various parks. So then I found the best way is the classics and Pooh first, then all the others by their movie. So if you meet Aladdin and Jasmine together, their pictures should be near each other in the autograph book, too! Sometimes you get characters from different movies hanging out with eachother, then it's a real challenge to flip to the right page quick enough! We had this happen a few times (Snow White Queen was with Jafar; Max and White Rabbit; Pinocchio and Wendy; Big Al and Friar Tuck).

If you check the link in my signature, it lists all the character we run into! We are missing a few, though, like Jane Porter, Shang, and Brer Fox. And some we met are a lost cause to find since they are so rare or a special events character (like Scrooge, Zowie, Rolie Polie, Walrus, Sora, and others).

Some character websites list characters I never heard of anyone ever seeing, like Anatasia, Drizella, Lady Tremaine, and Francais Ladybug, so I never include those characters in my autograph books.

Anyways, have fun looking for characters!!!! It's always cool to find someone you least expect! :teeth:

I usually put the characters in alphabetical order. But if I know I will run into the characters at the same time (like Pooh characters in Crystal Palace), then I will put Pooh in alpha order, then tigger, eeyore, etc go on the pages right after Pooh.
My problem is they just announced the Mickey and is Adventure friends brunch for Mother's Day weekend. I'll have to create some neat pages for that brunch using the Adventurer's theme!
