April ... It doesn't matter how old you are ... it's how old you feel. A 3-year old will make you feel very young or very old. Since you're buying into DVC, my guess would be "young"tacomaranch said:So here I am in entering into my late middle ages, almost 50 with a 3 yr old and getting ready to buy a DVC.
I want to eccho those that say one is never too old to enjoy wdw. I hope to be going well into my later years with my grandchildren. Also wanted to point out....you are hardly in your "late" middle ages at almost 50 ! Don't scare me like that !Originally Posted by tacomaranch : So here I am in entering into my late middle ages, almost 50 with a 3 yr old and getting ready to buy a DVC.
So we've got a way to go to get to late middle age Tacomaranch !According to Collins Dictionary, this is "... usually considered to occur approximately between the ages of 40 and 60", The OED gives a similar definition but with a later start point "... the period between youth and old age, about 45 to 60." Whilst Erik Erikson sees it ending a little later and defines middle adulthood as between 40 and 65. Thus, in the western world, middle age is somewhere between 40 and 65.
