What age to stay DVC?

If I make a DVC reservation for my children, is there a minimum age they need to be to stay without parents?

I know regular hotel they need to be 21?

A regular hotel is also eighteen. Which is really important as my youngest would drive halfway across the country to and from college - and that would involve an overnight.

Only one adult (18 year old) needs to be in the room, so if you are thinking about a grad gift with friends and some of the kids are still 17, that's fine.
