My opinion: I have a just turned 5yr old, so we are bringing an umbrella stroller. My 7 yr old is very tiny for her age, I think we're even going to buy another one to take for her. And if my 9 yr old gets exhuasted and wants to have a seat if the other 2 are not in theirs, than she is more than welcome. As long as dh is pushing that stroller
I personally would not look at a big kid in a stroller at Disney and think " oh my, he's a little big for that" Even the adults wish they could climb into a stroller at Disney. So really if you want to push your "big kid' in a stroller, push away! I won't judge.
I think kids' personalities are different too. My dd9 would take a ride in the stroller. My stepson is 12(obviously we wouldn't be pushing him in a stroller now) But when he was around 6 or 7 and we'd be out and there would be an empty stroller, no way was he getting in it. So if your kid is willing and they're exhuasted, it's better than having miserable little people with throbbing feet.
