What a GREAT time we had at Universal

Hi all,

Just back from our first trip to Hard Rock and Universal 3/6-3/9. Travelled with my husband, mother and two sons, ages 2 and 4. We had a FANTASTIC time at both parks, at the hotel, and at City Walk. My mother, who is 67 and did not even know what Universal was, said to me after the first day there "why did we just spend 6 days at Disney??!!". Next trip, it's 6 days at Universal, with a couple thrown in for Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. This is a major shift for our family which has been vacationing at WDW since I was a child.

I am just so impressed with the vacation experience provided by Universal, I cannot say enough about it!! Wish I were going back tomorrow!!

We would spend less and less time at Disney until all of our vacations became Universal exclusive!

I am glad you had a great time at Universal. We love it there and can't imagine going to another theme park now that we are spoiled by the wonderful hotels and FOTL privilege. We LOVE staying onsite and never leaving the property. Citywalk is great!

Glad to hear you had such a good time. USO is SOOOOO much fun, we've started phasing out Disney (w/ the exception of the MK). I have yet to stay onsite, but I can't wait until I do!!!
