What a difference!!

We have just booked our 3rd disney trip, i thought we were not going to be able to afford it but got a really cheap price. Staying at the Quallity inn International (i know its not exactly a 4* but i hope its clean) on 8th July for 2 weeks for £1278 with thomsons the same holiday with virgin on the same date and the same hotel is £2312. the only difference is we will be flying from doncaster instead of manchester. what a saving!! i know virgin are great but thats too much of a difference to turn down!!

Wow, that's a pretty big difference.

Just for the record, we stayed at the Quality Inn International (also known as the Low Q) on our first trip back in 2004 and it was perfectly adequate

Thanks wilma bride - we have only been twice before, comfort suites maingate east - kissimmee, and marriott village in LBV. Never ever visited International drive so its going to be a different experience. I'm sure my DS6 will love there.

We really like the I-Drive area (a lot don't). There are loads of places to eat and things to do - and most within easy walking distance.

If you are likely to be eating on International Drive most nights, it would be worth you buying the 2 week I-Ride trolley tickets. We have always bought them int he past and definitely got our moneys worth out of them.

Hi Sunminnie

I stayed at the Quality Inn International on my first visit to Orlando back in 2002 and it was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location (try Perkins Restaurant across the road - I had strawberry and cream waffles for breakfast almost every day!)

To be honest we only really spent the odd hour in afternoon/early evening for a sleep before heading out to for dinner and it was perfectly adequate as wilma-bride says!
