Along the same lines of the wet wipes, I found bottles of Purell (hand sanitizer) that clip on to your bag/purse/fanny pack. I bought them at the checkout counter of Target. Great deal!

My favorite new item of 2005! Love it for bathrooms!
Also the stroller cannot live without, twins of course! Got stuck carrying them in the airport the one year we decided to "rent" the whole time...that won't happen again!
Next, since I'm a nurse, I travel with the essentials...benadryl stick for stings, tylenol liquid, and a decongestant for the kids in case stuffiness comes on before the flights! and of course my purell!!!
