I didn't know what I was adding to our charcuterie board when I posted, so I didn't include details. After raiding the fridge & pantry, I came up with:
sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, turkey sausage, ham, celery, carrots, green peppers, black olives, bread & butter pickles, crackers, homemade garlic crostini & a sundried tomato & feta spread that I throwed together to try to use up some of the feta cheese that I have way too much of. I had ranch dressing to dip my veggies in. DH prefers his veggies w/o dressing, even most salads.

The spread on garlic crostini was the star of the show. I just hope I can duplicate it, when we decide to have another charcuterie board. I'm a master at one hit wonders.
