I went to the grocery store and did a big stock up. With all the weather I haven’t been grocery shopping.

I had to share you would think it’s summer out there. Everyone was driving with their windows down. People walking dogs in long sleeve tshirts. It was 34 degrees and we have 2-3 feet of snow on the ground. I love New England

I’m planning to make chicken enchiladas for dinner but DH just asked if I want to go out since it’s going up hit 50 today. We’ll see what we end up doing.

It’s Saturday so we’re going out! Going to be gorgeous today almost 50 degrees!!
I’m going shovel a bigger area for the dogs this afternoon too hopefully there will be a lot of melting going on.

Pizza! My husband makes his own dough and sauce. Fires it up in his pizza oven. He's making one white pizza with spinach and olives. One plain red pizza and a red pizza half pepperoni and half sausage. We're having guests over so we need a few. Probably have a nice Chianti, beer and soda for whoever wants it. I'm heading out to buy a dessert because he never gave it a thought. Cannoli? Or maybe just some Italian cookies. I'll have to see what's available. And of course, espresso and cappuccino.

We ended up meeting some friends for a late lunch. I had a French kiss, lobster bisque, and a scallop roll.

It was so beautiful today. I don’t want snow tomorrow!

Tried a new to us restaurant for lunch day in Winter Park called Tibby's. It was excellent New Orleans-style food and decor. Dinner was at the Royal Pacific Resort, Island's Dining restaurant, also excellent!

Still hot here. 2 more days in the 90s.....then a couple in the 80s and then into the 70s

Last night I had veal parm with cheese ravioli. DH had surf and turf- ribeye with baked stuffed shrimp. All delicious as always!
Today we are having family lunch. Ham, delmonico potatoes and brown sugar glazed carrots.
It’s Winston’s ( my dog) bday so I’m baking a dog friendly cake for all the puppies. Our other dog, my sister’s dog and my DS’s dog.

ETA: it is also supposed to snow here today , but only a coating to 1”.

GORGEOUS out today. Going to take advantage when my supper club comes over later. I’m serving spaghetti bolognese for dinner. We are going to start outside with charcuterie, wine & sparkling water. If anyone is too full from noshing outside, I have to-go containers for my sauce & noodles.

We arrived so late last night that there were few options available.

A short backstory, I was disappointed, when Taco Bell discontinued their taco salad. That was one of the few things I liked at fast food restaurants. So, I was excited when they finally reintroduced them in a mini version. The smaller size works better for me anyway. Last night was my chance to try one. They will be going on the short list for eating on the road. It's nice to have something to add to the list, because it's super short at the moment.

DH had 2 soft shell, beef tacos.
