My daughter is making sour cream chicken enchiladas tonight. They will be devoured. No matter how many she makes, they all get eaten. So yummy.

Tonight we had the fresh pasta I got at the farmers market yesterday with meat sauce for DH and sauce for me with salad and garlic bread.

I’m not sure what I was thinking but I went to Costco this morning. It was like a free for all for the pumpkin pies, they had a pallet of them. They had a sell by date of tomorrow so maybe people are pre-gaming?

DH had brisket sandwich & sweet potato fries. DS had brisket, potato salad & fried okra. I had a club wrap.
