I am making Turkey tenderloin with lemon pepper and butter seasoning/sauce. And then I have mashed potatoes and corn.

Yesterday we had honey bbq chicken bites and fries in the air fryer.

We went to D-Luxe Burger tonight for our final Disney meal. Starting the drive home tomorrow. First stop will be Charlotte, NC. We have leftover Via Napoli pizza and Gideon’s cake to eat along the way.

It is so sad but of course we already have plans to return. We may possibly come down the end of February and definitely will be back for several weeks right after Easter.

No idea tonight. I have leftovers, but I am also taking my first shot of a GLP-1 after work. So no clue how I will feel. Trying to bulk up the protein early in the day right now.

After another long day of driving, we picked up takeout from the extremely limited menu at the hotel restaurant last night. DH & I always share our meals, even though we have differing food preferences. (I accuse him of having the palate of a toddler.) Occasionally, I throw him a bone & let him order whatever he wants. Last night was his night. He ordered cheeseburger egg rolls, ground beef sliders & fries. Let's just say, it was a good thing that I was too tired to be really hungry. Then again, if I was really hungry, it wouldn't have been his night to order.
