It is so sad but of course we already have plans to return. We may possibly come down the end of February and definitely will be back for several weeks right after Easter.

No idea tonight. I have leftovers, but I am also taking my first shot of a GLP-1 after work. So no clue how I will feel. Trying to bulk up the protein early in the day right now.

After another long day of driving, we picked up takeout from the extremely limited menu at the hotel restaurant last night. DH & I always share our meals, even though we have differing food preferences. (I accuse him of having the palate of a toddler.) Occasionally, I throw him a bone & let him order whatever he wants. Last night was his night. He ordered cheeseburger egg rolls, ground beef sliders & fries. Let's just say, it was a good thing that I was too tired to be really hungry. Then again, if I was really hungry, it wouldn't have been his night to order.

My sweet daughter is making chicken fajitas tonight. So yummy.

Tonight we kept it simple with grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and a quick salad. I tried a new marinade and it turned out surprisingly good. Halfway through cooking, I ended up checking grubhub https://grubhub.pissedconsumer.cоm/review.html to compare ideas, which probably influenced the flavors a bit. The whole meal came together fast and wasn’t too heavy. A nice, easy dinner after a long day.

Tonight I’m making chicken pot pie (using up some leftovers chicken and whatever is in the veggies drawer) with rice and a salad.

Tonight we're taking the family to Hana Tokyo to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday.
