What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Tonight we are having pasta with meat sauce, salad and garlic knots. I bought the pasta at the farmers market last week (it is dried) so I’m curious how it is.

Edit: pasta was fantastic! I tried their sauce a few weeks ago and it was just ok. Pasta on the other hand is really good.

We worked until about 9pm on Wednesday, so last night's supper was Tuesday's leftover tonkatsu ramen for me and Monday's leftover chicken rice soup for him (he had chicken curry noodles at lunch and I had fried scallops at a restaurant with friends, so leftover soup for supper was fine).

Supper tonight will be pre-made chicken enchiladas that I picked up at Sam's on Tuesday. The LittleGuy is coming today for supper and overnight, but DH teaches until 7:30 so we'll be eating in shifts.

DGD did get the chocolate chip cookies and biscuits done yesterday.
Today she wants to bake her favorite, Sugar Cookies.

Breakfast for dinner tonight. Pancakes, French toast, sausage, bacon, eggs and hash browns. Both grand kids are here for dinner.
I have a bad cold, so the last couple of days have been hard.

DGD wants to be picked up at 11 today, so that does give me a chance to get some other things one,

Skinnytaste chicken meatballs with pineapple coconut were very easy to make last night and very good! Having them for leftovers tonight. They taste much more pineapple-y than Captain Cooks Thai meatballs but were tasty! This is our last home cooked meal before we head tomorrow night on our fall road trip: Lancaster, PA, Cass, WV, Staunton, VA, Charlotte, NC then Orlando by 10/26! Back home on 11/8.

Glad to hear they were good! Saw the recipe a couple days ago and it peaked my interest.

I have been down with the flu. Still not feeling well, but slowly recovering. Making a sirloin steak tonight with a baked potato and salad.
