I've got some sole fillets in the fridge that need to be used - I'll pan-fry them lightly and finish with lemon and butter. I'll throw together my favorite rice pilaf (it's a boxed mix) for a side and serve with some frozen peas and the last of the tomatoes from my patio plant. There's a dozen or so on there and they'll be touched by frost any night now.
