Farmers market dinner tonight. Sesame semolina bread with pesto, fresh mozzarella, and tomato open faced sandwiches for dinner.

I bought some fresh pasta too so that may be dinner tomorrow.

leftover night.......we have several, but I'm going to use the leftover flour tortillas and pepperoni and salami and make pizzas with them.
Also a green salad.

leftover night for us too. My pumpkin lasagna skillet came out okay. I didn't actually have a lot of the ingredients so it's not a fair assessment. I substituted ground beef for the ground turkey, cottage cheese for the ricotta, beef broth for the chicken broth and zucchini noodles for the lasagna noodles. All in all it was quite tasty but probably even better if I had made the actual recipe, lol.

I picked peaches this morning. These are from the tree in my yard. I’m going to need a peach plan! I’ll probably make peach jam, peach ice cream, and a peach pie.

My wife is home from her work trip, and we're meeting some friends to catch a tribute band and do some tailgating with their RV. First time for us, so they offered to "host" and mentioned grilling steaks and/or swordfish, with some drinks, before we head over to the outdoor stage for the band.

I met a couple of friends tonight for dinner. I had a brisket and Gouda grilled cheese with sweet potato fries and of course a couple margaritas. It was a long week! Haha

We ran around like crazy getting ready for our tag sale tomorrow. We ended up going out for sandwiches, I had a cod sandwich and DH had a buffalo chicken sandwich.

Lucky you! You have the makings of an heirloom tomato and stone fruit salad (https://www.saveur.com/recipes/heirloom-tomato-stone-fruit-salad-garlicky-croutons/)! We make this often when we have ripe tomatoes and any kind of ripe stone fruit (usually use a mix of peaches, plums, pluots, etc.). Add burrata and shrimp to make this a meal. Yum!

This weekend is the Feast of the the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. So as in Catholic tradition, my family will be making pasta with roasted vegetables and hot cross buns.

We ended up going to Moe's yesterday for lunch so we were too full for dinner. We ended up with PBJs. So, tonight we will have the leftover pumpkin skillet lasanga-ish dish.

Burnt ends, fries, collard greens and a cookie from a local barbecue joint. Unfortunately the rest of my party had leftovers while I finished the whole plate…
