Working on Chile verde for over our tamales
First roasting tomatillos, jalapenos, poblanos, green tomatoes, garlic
Then into the food processor, then combine with browned pork and into crock pot for the afternoon
I'll post the finish tamales later, we made them a couple weeks ago for the freezer
Chili w/ beans. I'm specifying, because of a previous thread here. We actually call what we're having chili. Without beans, we call it chili sauce. They only thing they really have in common is meat.
