We will be attending our grandson's high school graduation tonight from 7 to 9 and we have to get there early to get a set in the handicapped area, so dinner will probably be ramen tonight.

I believe we’re going to Mexican after DD high school graduation tonight.

Hubby’s new Traeger is being delivered this afternoon, so I have boneless pork ribs marinating. I picked up fresh string beans as a side and we have leftover pasta salad. Voila! Wednesday dinner.

My back still hurts so I’m so happy DH is on his way home early today. He’ll be able to grill the steaks with asparagus and rice.
I can’t cut out carbs totally!

Stuffed cabbage rolls/Golabki I pulled out of the freezer. Bit by bit trying to make some freezer space since we still haven't had time to address the fact the basement unit gave up the ghost.

Today was my first full day in the office. It went well but I’m tired. I grabbed a pizza on the way home.

Tonight it was the last of the chicken tortilla soup which is so simple to make and tasty that I never miss the tortilla strips. Half a mango for dessert and I’m all filled up.

Last night was pizza, because I was out of ideas and everything was frozen. Today is a baby step better: Sam's rotisserie chicken with instant mashed potatoes and bagged salad. We didn't get home from work until 7:30 so I'm glad I had something simple planned.
