With a recipe I printed from disboards in October 2009 I made Artist Point macaroni and cheese. I like how the blue cheese topping gives it a kick.

BTW I’ve never been to Artist Point. Someone must have been raving about the recipe

DGD will meet me there so it’s worth it

Tonight I had corn chowder with added shrimp and a bit of sautéed red pepper. Enough leftover for another night’s meal later this week.

We will be attending our grandson's high school graduation tonight from 7 to 9 and we have to get there early to get a set in the handicapped area, so dinner will probably be ramen tonight.
