Last night we grilled half-chickens so tonight I'll use up the leftover. I'm probably gonna cut the meat in bite-size chunks and toss it in some lemon butter to reheat. I bought some Buitoni cheese tortellini last week and I'll make a butternut sauce to go over that, and steam some green beans.
ETA I followed a recipe that was UGH so bland for the pumpkin sauce, but DD30, who is an awesome cook, fixed it. Dinner was delicious!
