I've got everything cut up and marinating for grilled chicken shish kebab with a nice green salad, probably something like cous cous on the side.
I love this idea, never even occurred to me despite being right in front of me.There was a shrimp boil this weekend we still have leftovers of (the sausage and potatoes). I picked up fresh corn from a farm stand.
So, going to chop up the leftovers, boil the corn and then de-cob it, and then toss the chopped leftovers and corn together and make a hash of it. Will serve an egg on top. Not sure why there was no corn left in the leftovers - I was not at the shrimp boil this time and they forgot to do so much - no garlic, tiny bit of Old Bay, maybe no corn?
Key lime pie is my favorite dessert! I’m super jealous!Tonight was a grilled cheese sandwich and a slice of Key Lime pie.
