Now I want to try sautéed radishes. Other than what has been listed here, what do you all serve with them (meat & side)?
I like them in particular with thick cut pork chops but wouldn’t turn my nose up at roast chicken or broiled baby lamb chops….oh dear, I just finished my dinner and now I’m hungry for what I just wroteNow I want to try sautéed radishes. It's funny you say that. I just sent DH to the store to pick up the radishes & thick, boneless pork chops. PS the white bean soup was on the menu again. Which is the beauty of being a solo; nobody around to outwardly sigh when you say leftovers.![]()

That sounds very refreshing! On my own tonight, so I think I'm just gonna snip some fresh herbs from the patio, whip up an omelette and call it good.
I sautéed radish slices and radish greens in garlic butter and served as a side to the tartiflette. The radish slices really are extraordinary. Use it in place of a salad. Now I want to try sautéed radishes. Other than what has been listed here, what do you all serve with them (meat & side)?

Thanks for the tip. I was going to use olive oil, but butter sounds better. Butter it is!I sautéed radish slices and radish greens in garlic butter and served as a side to the tartiflette. The radish slices really are extraordinary. Use it in place of a salad.
