DS is cooking one of the meal kits tonight - a pan-Asian noodle bowl with peanut sauce. Can't wait! I love having somebody else cook every once in a while.
We are eating leftovers which include taco meat, smoked venison and pizza. I’m not excited about any of them, but hate to waste food. We also have twice baked potatoes that DH made Sunday while I was volunteering and I might make a tomato salad.
I need to grocery shop once these leftovers are gone.
Tonight will be another serving of corn chowder with bacon added as well as veggies.
Made a topping of cottage cheese and minced parsley with thinly sliced radish on a slice of multi grain bread.
