Going to make Lidia Bastinach's light chicken parm. Uses sliced tomatoes instead of sauce. Going to use our left over spaghetti in sauce from DH's dinner last night as a side.

Last night, DH & I both had a cup of French onion soup & shared a Porterhouse steak w/salad & baked potato.

Tonight, we shared mussels & Shepherd's Pie. We ordered a cheesecake to go, which is probably going to be my breakfast. Neither of us have room for it tonight.

DD made tomato soup (from scratch- it's soooo good) with grilled cheese sandwiches. We should have had salad, but nobody was interested.

My son cooked salmon with a side if pasta. While he did that I prepped enchiladas for tomorrow nights dinner.

Found a batch of turkey meatballs in the freezer that I had forgotten about so tonight will be turkey meatball soup. Between the meatballs, the veg and the egg noodles it's hearty enough all on its own.

I have not posted in a while. We were on spring break the past week and a half. Didn’t eat out every day but more than usual. Back to the grind today.

Tonight I fixed Philly cheese steaks and French fries.
