WH Townhouse questions

Hi! We just returned from a wonderful stay at WH and stayed in a 3BR condo. Unfortunately, I did not cruise around the rest of the development. I was wondering if ALL the townhomes in WH are located in the Vistas section on the WHmap (to the left of the guard house) or are they scattered throughout the complex?
Do the size of the townhomes vary greatly? I saw some listed a little over 1400sqft. but one listed at 1200.sqft.

Lastly, when ordering pool heat for either the townhouse splash pool or in a home, would I have control of the temperature or would the heat be preset.

All the townhouses are in the Vista section. The rest of WH aside from the condos are all pool homes. The townhouses all have the same floor plan:Upstairs: master bedroom and bathroom, twin bedroom (usually) and bathroom and stacked washer dryer closet and linen closet; Downstairs: entry, queen bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, dining/living room with patio doors leading out to the deck and splash pool.
The sizes are about the same depending whether you have an end unit or not. One of the owners with both types said he didn't see any difference and wondered where the extra room was. Over the whole townhouse it might mean an extra foot of space somewhere. I wouldn't let it be the deciding factor for choosing one over the other. Sometimes they include the deck area in their calculations.
We've stayed in two different ones and the amenities are more important to us. The first one had plasma tv, wifi, free long distance, nice furnishings etc and the second was very basic, no extras. ( a little cheaper in price ) We would have stayed at the first one again but it wasn't available. Remember most times you get what you pay for.
It's very nice having the splash pool for times when you don't want to bother to go to the main pool. One of the owners let us set the pool temp we wanted. It was included in the rental price but we had to call and have it turned down so when the management guy came he showed us how to set it to the temp we wanted. The other splash pool was preset and was nice and warm : 85F or so. I know in the pool homes you are not allowed to go around the pool settings at all.

In our two rentals, we have found the heat to be preset. In both cases, it was pretty warm. In one case we had to leave the pool cover off during the day, or it would be too hot to swim comfortably.
