WH rental question

Looks like a trip to Orlando is happening for us as I pull this together quickly for Aug. Free dining is not an option for us this year, so we are staying off site. We've stayed at Vistana years ago, but from what I've been reading it looks WH might be for us.

I've seen a few sites mentioned here to rent from.

Anybody have any other suggestions?

I've only stayed at hotels, never rented from owners & I'm kind of leery of the process, I'm afraid of getting ripped off. Is this safe?

Can't wait. Since we never stayed off-site before, I wanted a place that was all inclusive of fees. No surprises. Also, didn't need to put any $$ down. We pay when we get there. Great response from the owners whenever I've had questions. Got our final instructions today with their cell phone number to call when we reach Orlando so they can meet us at the house. If you look around, they have great reviews on here. Can't wait!

We just rented a townhouse at the Windsor Hills from Florida Sun Vacation Homes. http://www.floridasunvacationhomes.com

We've also used All Star Vacation Homes in the past.

We've had no problems in the past with either company and the pictures and pricing on their website is accurate.

My family and I just returned from a great vacation in Florida and we stayed in a wonderful townhouse in Windsor Hills. The owner was wonderful to work with and townhouse was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the website. As an added bonus it was very close to the community pool. Another site you might try is www.windsor-palms-florida.net it is the sister property to Windsor Hills. It is a bit older but stil nice with good amenities etc. We are staying there at www.orlandosecret.com.

We're renting from StoryTime for our October trip. We are getting a townhome, but they have villas as well.

We used vacationcentralflorida.com back in 2009 and will be using them again next month. It's our favorite way to do Disney now!
