We've FALLen for WDW...An October 2010 PTR! New 10/14 TR Link Added

Aahhhh, there's nothing like a good Epcot day!

Don't I know it? The thought of being there in less than 2 months is seriously what's getting me through my difficult days. Heck it was getting me through my days starting in Feb when I booked the trip! Haha

Sounds like a fab day and Le Cellier to boot too :)

I got your reply and will get back to you once I speak to DF about a possible meet up and which day works best :)

Sounds good! I'm just glad I got lucky and was able to snag up another ADR for le cellier after I had canceled the first one I made!

Your first two days look awesome! I wasn't able to get a reservation at Le Cellier for my trip, but that's okay :) I can at least get the soup at the F&W booth :teeth:

I got lucky with this le cellier reservation I canceled the first time I had bc we were going to go on a cruise but canceled that and this day and this time was all that was left so I grabbed it. Keep checking tho you may find something especially if no room discount is offered. Dh and I will share a bowl of the soup and use it to dip the pretzel bread in! Yum.

I am so excited to eat dinner here! Greg loves his steak and so do I! But we are spoiled by multiple trips to Ruths Chris a year and no steak I have ever tasted taste better then there IMO. The hot tub will be open around 1030 right?

Yes; we've been in the hot tub as late as 11:30 or midnight.

I just realized that I wrote that I did 2 updates when in fact there is only one. I just wanted to update everyone on what's been going on and things I need to do for our trip still. Summer break will come to an end in just 2 weeks and then I will have a break from 9-1145 every day. Well except when the kids are sick or have a day off. I am so looking forward to that. I will be able to watch Regis and Kelly and Rachael Ray again. I will get my cleaning and grocery shopping done during the week again so my weekends are relaxing. I will have time to scrapbook and sew more. I am just so excited.

Today my cousin is checking in with the Disney college program. I am so excited to hear where shell be working! I'll post it on here and if you feel so inclined those of you with trips between now and January can go visit her and take a picture with her or give her a hard time. Haha! Shell be working some kind of merchandise. I can't wait to visit her in October. Her and I are really close. She was even my maid of honor for my wedding last year.

On a trip related note, I want to buy a pair of white tennis shoes. I can't wear flip flops on the long park days. My feet ache so bad if I do. I'm going to look online. I'll probably just get a pair at Payless. I just want plain white ones bc they will match everything. Of course I'll pack flip flops and a pair of dress shoes for a couple of dinners. This week I plan on reading Hidden Magic and taking notes and then compiling my list for the trip. I also want to make the packing list. As far as projects this week I want to make 2 crayon rolls for each of the girls I babysit for as part of their present. Then next week I need to start on a tote bag that I am making for my SILs birthday. After those projects are done I can finally start on my tote bag. I bought an embroidery ring yesterday to sew on the Mickey heads instead of using my sewing machine. I think this will make the project go by much faster believe it or not.

We are pinching our pennies again. I want all our extra money to go towards Disney. I don't want to put anything on our credit card. This is why I think we may not get massages. I am thinking of putting together a little welcome package for dh instead. Like with a Disney movie and a coupon for a massage given by me. But he's really looking forward to the professional one. Maybe I'll just schedule one for him. So far we have $90 in gift cards for Disney. $40 from the Disney Rewards visa $25 from me doing surveys on sunshine rewards and another $25 from dh calling and talking to a DVC rep. I'm hoping our change bucket will have at least $50 and then all of that will be our souvenir $$. Gregs birthday is the 19th of this month and he may get a little cash and he said we can save that for Disney. Then well have whatever money we can save between our now and our trip.

Sorry for the pointless rambling but it helps me. Haha!

THIS JUST IN!!! MY COUSIN IS WORKING AT CORONADO SPRINGS!!!! I'm assuming in the gift shop since she was assigned to merchandise. I am beyond excited bc this means I will see her beautiful face everyday of our trip even when she is working and not at the parks with us! YAY!!!!!

Thanks for sharing in my excitement. Haha! I'm so excited. It is so coincidental. Everything happens for a reason I always say!

That works out just perfectly!!!

I hope your cousin has a blast on her CP!

That's so exciting!!! :banana::banana:

Thanks! :cool1:

It couldn't have worked out better. :) I hope she does, too. Especially since I'm the one who told her about it. I had wanted to do it but didn't want to graduate a semester later (definitely regret that) and so now I have to live vicariously through her.

Yay :yay: How awesome that she is working there and even more so that you will get to see her everyday of your trip :goodvibes

We lived in northern Chicagoland, I remember how expensive it is there. We still have our townhome out there because of the housing market.

Le Cellier is great! You'll love it.

It is not much, but do you have this coupon for the spa services at CSR: http://www.relaxedyet.com/relaxed-yet-dollars.pdf

How exciting your cousin is working at CSR. I'll have to say hi to her if I see her there, what is her name again?

:thumbsup2 I might have to buy something everyday in the gift shop so I don't make her look bad for talking to me in front of her boss.

We live in a townhome right now. I love the area that we live in but for what DH and I make, it's a little out of our price range. Our disposable income is very limited.

I am really looking forward to it! I just hope it lives up to the hype.

Thanks for reminding me about printing the coupon. Those ones unfortunately don't list Coronado Springs on them but there is another one that does but it's the $50 for 2 services. I wonder if they'd let me us it and just pay for both massages at once??? Hmm...

My cousin's name is Jackie.

that's awesome news!!! such a coincidence that your cousin is going to be working at the resort you're staying at! that means we will see her while we are there too! (though I do not know your cousin lol)

Haha! I told her I was going to send all the people I know that are staying at CSR (from the boards) to say hi to her and make her feel awkward. :lmao:

Boy! What a week it has been! TGIF for sure. I got into commando cleaning mode this week and I have been washing the floors and trim on my hands and knees. That's in addition to working over 45 hours this week. What was I thinking? :sad2: Oh well, all that's left this evening is a little bit of organization...and laundry. ECK! (I hate doing laundry, it literally never ends.) I am working on my trip binder right now and I hope to have it finished sometime this weekend. Then all I will have left to do is read/take notes on the Hidden Magic "secrets" I want to seek out. This trip is actually feeling like it's getting closer-FINALLY! Oh, and only ONE MORE WEEK until the kids I babysit for go back to school. I can't wait!!! I hope to get my Day 3 Plans up sometime this weekend as well. Hope everyone has a great weekend and STAY COOL! :cool1:

Looking forward to the Day 3 Plans. I hate laundry too...I do it every day...especially when the boys are home from school. :headache:

I do it at least twice a week, if I don't I will spend my entire day going back and forth from the laundry room. Ugh! :sad2:

Doesn't laundry suck? It's part of my duties at work, so I'm almost always doing laundry and it's not even mine or a relative's :headache:

Looking forward to your day 3 plans! :dance3:

Day Three:

Today we will be waking up at 700 AM (Grooooan…did I mention I am NOT a morning person?)

I am anticipating to leave the resort around 800AM (dependent on the bus schedule) so we can catch the MK Opening Ceremony (which I’ve never seen before)! :)

Then we will take the monorail over to the Poly for our breakfast ADR here:

After finally getting to enjoy some Tonga Toast (and COFFEE!) we will head over to DHS for the day.

I plan on us sharing a CS credit here

We have an early dinner reservation at

mama-melroses.jpg

After that we will probably head back to CSR to freshen up before heading to MK for EMH until 100 AM! (Hopefully my cousin Jackie (the CM) will be able to join us for this!)

Because of our early dinner ADR we will probably want a little something to eat and I think these will do the trick.

We will most definitely go back to the room and fall fast asleep very quickly!

The End.
