We've Bounced Back like Tigger SB09 TR NEW 9/11 CLOSING TIME....

:wave2: HI! Okay I have been reading for the past month, now it is time to finally get on board officially! :surfweb: Can I just say I am so impressed with your binder and box, and, and, and.....:worship:

WOW.

Your daily planning looks like so much fun! How do you make all these decisions look so easy !!!! :upsidedow

:welcome:

I'm glad you decided to say HI!

Please....the :worship: will embarres me (well really my horrible spelling does that ;) ) You are so sweet!

I wouldn't say it's easy but sometime a fun stress if there is such a thing. Planning and all that is 1/2 the FUN for me! and luckily my family plays along. Just today my DD Mae was helping sort things into zip-lock bags.

The Disboards and posters help a ton!

thanks,

My Epcot Touring Plans:

So as anyone who has been there knows EPCOT is HUGE!!!!!!!! And it requires a lot of foot travel and time to see it all. I really love Epcot for everything it does offer to appeal to youngest and oldest in your group.

And I’m so lucky my kids love the Countries!

My whole family LOVES Epcot as well. It's our favorite park and we plan on spending a lot of time enjoying it! :thumbsup2

After I sprang the surprise and gave away some details, I asked my DD’s if they want to dress up and as who? Now I had already bought the cutest little Sleeping Beauty Costume (on sale) for Margaret, figuring of course they’d say yes. Mae was all over that and has decided to wear and old Belle costume we have…BUT! Aldine (almost 10) has declined :sad1: oh man how could this young girl grow up so quickly that she doesn’t want to wear a costume anymore….I’m hoping she may change her mind before we go.

Watching them grow up is so bittersweet. It's fun to watch them become their own little individuals, but the fact that they don't need us like they once did is both wonderful and sad!

* Seas Pavilion
This will be a time/interest decision there if we walk around and check other things out.

We rushed through here last trip. DS14 would like to spend time here so we probably will. UGH..I hate fish!!

* Morocco
Look around and check out all the cool things!

* Dine at Tangierine Café’
QS meal I’d love to eat before or around 11:30 am. We’ll adjust the tour accordingly. Other food options are Harry Ransden Fish & Chips. I will most likely have to have food or get something from a different QS place for Margaret

Our favorite country in WS and our favorite CS!!!! YAY! :banana:

The 2nd touring day will be Wednesday our day 7)

*Arrival time I hope to arrive at or before rope drop in that 8:30-9:00 am time frame

* Another opportunity to ride SSE (see a pattern? We have not ridden this ride since our ’98 trip and the kids have never)

* Ride Test Track

* SPILT those not riding TT will go over to Innoventions East or something F&GF (probably DMom & the little girls)

* Ride Universe of Energy
My notes-KIM the time for this and time entering queue just right so we don’t wait that long

* Scheduling in (not that I really need to but…) Take time to explore any special F&G F things in the FW side: Especially Pixie Holly Fairy Garden & Minnie’s Magnificent Butterfly Garden

* Dine at Electric Umbrella for Lunch

* Mexico & ride the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride

* Norway: Ride Malestrom (SPLIT) and look in Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe for some good use of our Snack Credits

* Time for a mid-day break (shootin for 12:30 ish)
Either head back to CSR, Marketplace, or split up and do both (i.e. Mom, me and older girls go shopping, boys and Margaret take a nap)

* Hop back to Epcot (shootin to be back around 3:30 pm)

* Tour Innovention West and take time to get Disney’s Visa’s cardholder meet & greet picture

* Visit Italy

* Visit Germany (Note we spent quality time here in 08 so can skip if needed)

* Visit China maybe see the Reflections of China Movie and look for Mulan (if she wasn’t at the breakfast on Sat)

* Dine for dinner at Lotus Blossom Café (probably have to get some diff foods for some of the kids or try to order off adult menu for them Norway & America are close by)

* If time allows anything else?

* leave for the night we are not staying for Illuminations so we’d like to get out of the park before 8:45 pm or at latest.

Looks good! Isn't it great to have a second day?? This park really needs it!

Here’s hoping for less crowds on the 2nd day and great weather for both!

Recap of week's 4 TO-DO List....

But first :eek: and :banana: We're at Day 20 till we leave "HOLY COW!!!!"

So what is done:

I have packed the three older kids clothes (Mae, Aldine, & Michael) in their own suitcases. Yes I used the ZIP-LOCK bags for their clothes. I packed 1 outfit for Days 2-7 w/ anticipating doing laundry at least once (MY awesome DH offered to do it late one night for me:hug: ) so we'll have a repeat outfit on Day 8).

Each bag is labled w/ the child's name, day and date. I also have a list inside each kids suitcase of what is left to pack.

Here is a picture of Mae's suitcase:

100_1759.jpg

It actually belonged to Aldine awhile back and she requested using it, so I thought why not :goodvibes

Oh everytime I have the camera out Margeret asks "Picture me?"

so....

100_1758.jpg

I have Margaret's clothes packed as well in zip-lock's but not sealed, have to put a starting day diaper in each bag still and half to decide what piece of luggage her stuff is going in.

100_1760.jpg

whoops another Margaret picture...

Here is the saftey seat belt attachment for the plane I purchased for Margeret:

Other packing stuff included a bonus of packing our carry-on bag for a change of clothes (basically shorts) and swim stuff when we get to CSR.

100_1775.jpg

As well my Disney Box was getting FULL!

100_1771.jpg

100_1762.jpg

Margeret and Snow White

so w/ Mae's help I organized it out into piles or

Park-Stuff

100_1774.jpg

and the kids' carry-on things

100_1773.jpg

And today at Target I bought most of these things (except the stickers) for Margaret: new toys to keep her amused (hopefully), dirty diaper bags, and all purpose bags (you never know...)

100_1778.jpg

And here are the new crocs for Mae and Margaret:

The Master Packing List is basically complete and has lot's highlighted as already packed :yay: I will share my CRAZY packing list later...

As well this week I have been working on Michael's custom maps, posted about his guidebook and working on getting the 08 Scrapbook ready to share, plus I prepared our spending budget for the trip (another forthcoming post).

100_1763.jpg

How she'd sneek in here again?

OH and I did something that wasn't even on the list but I've been thinking abou it....I made labels for our resort mugs since they are all the same so we can keep each one straight and new labels for the twins Autograph books (have to buy news ones)

What is LEFT?

* Finish and Print Michael's Maps (bought ink at Target today)

* Work on the 08 Scrapbook post

* And go over the TOP 5 lists still

Thanks for reading Have a wonderful weekend.

Up NEXT: week 3 to-do list, My Trip Spending Budget, Grocery Service or NO?, My DHS Park Tour Plan, and maybe some more pictures of Margeret :rotfl:

Too kind!

Good luck with Michael's book; I can't wait to see it!

It's done except for the maps and penny presses...did you see my update on the other thread?

Kathy

20 days!!!!!! :cheer2:

I can't wait until I'm at the packing phase!!!

The making the lists of what to pack is fun...the actual packing no so much for me. Glad I'm being smart and taking 3 weeks to do it in.

Impressive! I can't wait to see your binder and how that all turns out. I am looking forward to hearing about your DHS day -- this is the one I am having trouble with... :surfweb:

WOW,,, I just got done reading your whole PTR!! You are awesome, I have been debating using the old *ziploc bag packing technique* And you make it look so efficient, LOL.

I have my notebook and packing lists all ready and we still have a few months left, hehe

Keep the report coming!!

Hi Julie! I hope you guys are keeping dry! Your parents too! I heard there was flooding going on in your area. Amy:goodvibes

hey guys...sorry my non-Disney part of my life has consumed over the last few days but I should hopefully be able to get back on track tomorrow!!!!

Amy- yes we got wet....like we can really deal w/ this 16 days before we leave. Luckily it was only seepage (sorry msp) but a TON!!!!! so now my basement is a mess...nothing ruined, but chaos.

J-

So sorry to hear about your flooding issues. Basement flooding is a total headache! :headache: I'm glad to hear nothing was ruined.

Sorry to hear about the mess! Are you parents OK? Didn't they have major flooding last year?

Hi Julie - I'm here! :yay:

I haven't had a chance to read through your entire PTR yet, but I did look at your touring plans. If I matched up your dates correctly I believe we will actually be at the same parks on three days - your Days 4, 5, and 7 (DHS, MK, and Epcot).

We will be at those parks on March 29th, March 30th, and April 1st respectively. Do those match up with your dates?

Feel free to check out my PTR for more info (do not be confused by the camping title :rotfl: ). There are links on the first page. :thumbsup2
