Okay so its not disney

But a 2 week flydrive to Las Vegas in May of next year.

Good job really as I booked my accomadation at the North Rim Grand canyon 2 weeks ago(they were booked up 23 months in advance!!!). And we thought us Dissers were forward planners!!

Flying with virgin from gatwick,with a platinum package 7 seater minivan,in the vain hope if we cant upgrade to a 4x4 when we get there at least we wont be climbing over each other for the majority of time we are in the car!.

Okay so now 2005.......................................
where shall we go!!!!!!!!!

Disney!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yippee

Is it just Las Vegas? Sorry to show my ignorance here, but is the North Rim Grand Canyon in LV? It sounds as though it should be somewhere else. Like the Grand Canyon! I'm assuming from your post, though that it <i>is</i> in LV.

Karen itinery is all done already sort of goes something like this

Fly into Vegas staying 2 days at "Treasure Island"

driving to Zion (national park) staying at the desert pearl inn for 2 days.

driving to Bryce,staying 2 days at bryce canyon cabins

Driving to the North rim(grand canyon) 2 days staying in a western cabin


Lake powell 2 days staying sunrise B&B,(east view room for the view!)

Down to the South Rim(grand canyon), staying 1 day in the grand hotel.

Visit hoover dam on route to vegas
3 days at "Mirage" in vegas with lots of shopping!!!!!!!!!!
Fly home.

Still lots of planning to do, to break things up abit for DS
But thats the jist of it!.

My MIL lives in St. George Utah which is not too far from Bryce and Zion, so we have spent quite a bit of time in this area. It is beautiful, stunning scenery. I'm sure that you'll will have a brilliant time.
