Universals site doesn't really show any great pictures of the waterpark...can anyone direct me to another link to see what it looks like? How does it compare to Typhoon Lagoon as far as being relaxing. I love the white sandy beaches and tropic atmosphere there.

No pics -- but I have driven by many times. I work nearby.
It is a water park that appears to take up a city block. Businesses all around -- Walgreen's, fast food places. Very concentrated area. Belz outlet is not far away.
I see long lines on the stairs leading to the water slides.
I have no idea of the cost, and I am sure many enjoy themselves there. To me it would be like comparing MK against Six Flags.
Wet N Wild looks just like a basic family fun water park.

While I love Wet-n-Wild as when I was growing up it's pretty much all we had so we've been a zillion times, it's definitely not plush or beachy if that's what you are looking for. Think of a big giant concrete parking lot and then put in a bunch of good water rides. That's pretty much it. It is alot of fun and so long as you know not to expect Disney-esque theming kind, you'll have a good time.
