Wet n Wild is a good waterpark if you just want to do the slides which are pretty unique, there's a lack of trees, theming and is an older waterpark.Aquatica is the newest, nicest waterpark in Orlando, slides are OK,nothing overly special but there are also attractions like the Roas Rapids fast lazy river which is the coolest thing at any waterpark. It also has some things that are better than any other waterpark in Orlando including Disney, those are dining, shopping and kids areas, which it has two,a smaller one for young kids and a bigger one that's fun for adults as well. The theme is South Pacific and is very nice, but it's mostly palm trees so there isn't that much shade, especially when compared to Typhoon Lagoon which has so many trees you won't get burned on even the sunniest of days.To this day I can't tell you what my favorite waterpark in Orlando is,they all have positives and negatives, when I was younger I used to go to Blizzard Beach more often since it has more thrilling slides, but the layout of the park is odd making you go up the mountain continuously to get to the slides which gets boring and tiring.I prefer Typhoon Lagoon today because it's a nice experience overall, great theming, unique attractions like the shark reef and the water coaster, aside from the water coaster the slides are pretty mediocre.Aquatica like I said also has positives and a few negatives but is right up there in my favorites.Wet n Wild is probably last on my list due to the lack of theme and being an older park, but I do love my thrilling slides so even though it's last it's right behind the others, and if you want to include Adventure Island the waterpark in Tampa by Busch Gardens I probably prefer Wet n Wild to it,even though Adventure Island is not a bad waterpark either.
