2) Maeve is the bar owner for only 1 year, previous to that was Clementine ( william & Logan)
3) Logan tells william the park has been hemorrhaging $$ , no way has it been doing that for 30 years.
4)William & logon enters town while the army is recruiting.. man in black enters while they are looking for Hector
5) someone mentioned that Man in Black has the same knife that was seen with William

btw , any of you notice how Bernard changes his clothes ALL the time? watch especially in ep. 6, even on obviously same day scenes ( where Theresa is wearing her same dress during conversations with Bernard) what is up with that?

As I alluded to earlier, the Delos Board is concerned that Ford is going backwards in his narrative.

If you've got some other evidence I'd be happy to revise my theory.

Never saw the original *Westworld*. Heard it was good. What I do find hilarious, though, is that they patterned Yul Brenner's android costume on his *Magnificent Seven* costume. Part of me wonders if they patterned the MiB's costume after Denzel's. Probably not, since they are made by different studios. Still, I'd laugh if they did.

I think the new logo in a "backstage" area, while simultaneously demonstrating that the old logo was the old logo because it was everywhere in the old office hints strongly that William was off loaded in the past, after all why would one pay to change the logo for the employees but leave the old logo for the guests? I couldn't rightly say I found any other particularly convincing evidence, one way or the other. Ford is actively disrupting the park, multiple people in this episode alone said this, so. . .

Okay, what about this: I came up with two mutually exclusive theories as to the ID of Arnold. Frankly, they both feel kinda half baked to me, but with a little bit of heat from you lot, maybe one of them will bake up right?

Spoiler: For those whose spoiler programs have been set to sensitive

Theory 1: Arnold is Ford's brother. We've been hearing a lot of Ford's brother of late. No one knows much about Albert, so who is to say he wasn't Ford's brother? It would explain how he was able to re-create Ford's family. It might also explain why his program is resurfacing if Ford is trying to carry on his brother's work, for some reason. Or maybe,

Theory 2: Ford's real name is Robert Arnold Ford, and the creators are going all *Fight Club* on us. It would explain why no one knows anything about Albert, despite 7 lawyers worth of attention--heck even long term employees like Bernard don't know much about him. If Albert is merely a metaphor, not even a real and true dissociative (sic) identity, it would likewise explain why the hosts seem to be waking up now, a la, Ford deciding to return to his old research.

Like I said, half baked. Still might be interesting. Feel free to rip them apart like a greyhound with a . . .Well, you get the idea.

Could be either. Anything is possible so your theories aren't half baked.

I still wonder if Bernard is robot. Maybe he went to what's her name, his lover chick (Theresa), to let her in on Elsie figuring things out. And maybe it's Theresa or Bernard that grabs Elsie...or could be Ford. I also wonder if Bernard was made to hold Arnold's consciousness.

muffyn's reasons for two timelines, above, does really make it seem like there are two. Hmmm.

So Bernard=Arnold.
There are 2 timelines as we saw Logan give his sister's picture to William and that's the picture that Abernathy digs up at the beginning of the series and sends him off the rails.
Seems like William=MiB, but we'll see. I am not 100% sold on that.
I was wondering if Charlotte is MiB's daughter. They are definitely on the board together at least.
Bernard killed Elsie...maybe????

Isn't that the point? He's so caught up in trying to control humans, that he has underestimated the hosts. Hubris, man. Everyone makes that mistake. Well, everyone except me.

i watched about 20 min of Pilot... not sure what caused me to stop.. but i did. i finally went back and watched Pilot to the end. Liked and watched 2 more episodes immediately afterwards.. now I am hooked but in no hurry to get caught up too fast.. i hate having to wait a week or more for a new episode.... i know i will eventually get to that point but will savor what i can now.. let it bleed real slow if you will.

Many questions answered.
MiB=William
Ford was programming Maeve's escape story and was aware that she repaired Bernard.
Bernard's backstory about dying son was Arnold's story.
Delores=Wyatt. And she killed Arnold (via his own suicide plan).
Ford was not about to let the Delos board take over in a 'if I can't have her, nobody can' way.

Wonder if the robot, being built in Ford's secret basement during the Theresa murder, is a host Ford and that's who gave the speech and was shot by Delores.

Seems like Ford wants to be the last human standing with his army of robots.
