Western excursions

Hi! I'm curious which excursions everyone has enjoyed on the Western Itinerary. We will be on the Fantasy August 6th and it's me, DH, and DD (11). I'd just like to know the pros and cons of any you all have tried.

We have done the Tulum excursion in Cozumel. It was very interesting but it is a long journey to get there (boat and then bus). It was also very hot (we went in Sept) and the beach was closed. The lunch provided was not much -- just a dry sub sandwich. I am glad we went but we probably would not do it again.
In Grand Cayman, we did the semi-submarine ride (the Nautilus maybe?). It was fun seeing all the fish.
