Western Caribbean Shore Excursions

I'm asking here as well as on CruiseCritic - their Ports of Call boards are fine but hopefully somebody here will have some new or different ideas.

I'm wondering if anyone has purchased shore tours at the pier in the following locations:

• Georgetown, GCI
• Cozumel
• Montego Bay

We'e got a cruise upcoming in September that we booked for reasons other than the itinerary. We've been to all these places before and feel like we've already done the "best of" in each. Staying on the ship isn't an option but I'm also not going to do a ton of pre-planning this time. Please tell me what you've done just walking off the ship for the day. TIA
