Don't cha just LOVE little kiosks by the seashore......so many things to look at and buy and eat! The sun is hot but the Ocean breeze is stong and keeping everything cool. It's just lovely.

I think I have figured out the difference between the east and west coast beaches.....the atlantic is one huge sandbar that's straight and flat. the pacific has huge coves with mountains in the background. They are both so very distinctly different.

It may get annoying for everyone else after a month! But I'll give it a try. for my 30th we went wine tasting and everyone couldn't go around my actual birthday so we did it in May. I felt like I was celebrating for a month!

I LIKE it!

Actually, when I am celebrating for a month or two I do not talk about it a lot, but whenever we go out to eat I tell Tom it is for my Birthday and if we go to a movie I tell him it is for my Birthday, etc.

Hi All.....we have arrived......we're in Virginia Beach now and it is so very nice. My brother got here and so did Brian and Linda, my brother by choice and his wife! I'll show you some pictures of them later when we all get together. For now, here's some scenic pictures.

Posting those BEAUTIFUL pics of the BEAUTIFUL beach and BEAUTIFUL weather... While here it is barely 50* and raining.

I so want to sit on a hot sandy beach or go snorkelling in warm clear water with a drink of the day whenever I want it (and not have to mix it myself).

But, yeah I know I am preaching to the choir on here ...
