There is a superwalmart in Vero Beach where you can stock up on groceries.

There's a grocery store (I think Publix) very close to VB. Exit the VB property, turn right. Go to the light, turn left. Go to US1, turn right. It will be up the road on the left.

When we were there in May their produce was lousy. We then went into Hales which is across the street and a couple blocks south. Great produce and fantastic orange juice.

And at the other end of the Publix shopping center is a liquor store. Hales is probably closed for the season so you might just have to be picky in the produce section at Publix. The super Walmart is about 10 minutes north of the Publix. Everything is on Rt1 not A1A.

Another option would be to get off at SR-60 -- major shopping area in Vero Beach. You could then work your way over to A1A and have a pretty ride up to the resort.
