Were these restaurants open in 1998-2000?

Kind of an odd question, but I'm trying to remember which restaurants I've been to in past trips.

I'm fairly certain we ate at Bistro de Paris. It was upstairs, and an upscale restaurant in the France area at Epcot. This was either 1998 or 2000, but am not sure if it was open?

When I went in 1998, we ate at a huge Italian restaurant in the back section of the Italy pavilion at Epcot. What was there before Tutto Italia?

Lastly, I remember eating at a character restaurant with Winnie the Pooh in 1998. I think it was Crystal Palace at MK, was CP open in '98?

Yes, Crystal Palace was open in '98. For the others, I'm not too sure, Disney has a habit of changing the names of some restaurants.

At the moment, I can't find my 'WDW reference guide', aka the 1993 Unofficial Guide to... but yes, Bistro de Paris has been there at least that long, and I'm 95% certain you ate at Tutto Italia.
