Were there AP discounts last summer?

My DH, granddaughter and me are taking my mother (73) with us to WDW in October. She hasn't been there since 1972 and I want her to understand why DH and I go almost every year. She wants her own room and she doesn't care which resort. My question is does anyone remember if there were Annual Pass discounts last October? I would really love to take her to BC, BWI or Poly but would really need the discount for that. If not, then we have to decide which moderate

Thanks for the info, it is encouraging. I am totally out of my element going in October. Now I need to decide if I want to wait or go ahead and make reservations somewhere then change later.
