We're surprising our mother!

My sister has the best idea for my mom's birthday, which is on August 23rd.

We are going to send her to NJ!

That's where she's from, and she has family up there. She also has not been to see them since 1988!!!

I can't wait to surprise her. I'm going to buy her a warm jacket, as she does not have one (we are in South FL) and give the to her first. She will undoubtedly say thank you, but be thinking, "What is she giving me this for?" Then we'll surprise her with the ticket.

We've got to get with my Aunt (her sister up there) to figure out when to send her. We're thinking late October/early November, so she can see the fall leaves. We're going to talk with her boss behind her back to make sure she gets the time off.

She will be shocked! I can't wait! Just thought I'd share, as it is kinda fluffy!

I think it's a wonderful idea!!..and I am sure she will love the surprise..when you give her the tickets..also make sure she has a camera..or at least some of those disposable ones..so she can take photos to share with you when she gets home with all those precious memories!!!
