Buzz, Sorry you had a rough time of it! One of the best things I've learned from these boards is to try and try again. I have learned that some cast members can find a way to do some things other cast members said was not possible. It can be frustrating but is always worth 2 or 3 phone calls in my opinion.

I also just wanted to say our dates next year are exactly the same so I guess I will see you at POP!!
