We're Official!!!!

Thats right, we are now official members of the "club"! My DH and I got our "real" membership cards in the mail yesterday! I wasnt expecting them until the summer. Woo hoo! Cant wait to use them for something>

We got our membership cards yesterday, as well...We too, were thrilled, but frankly a little surpried? The letter said we have been officially recorded...I thought we could not be recorded until the unit had a CoA?? And it would be after we closed???? I wonder whatsupwiththat??????
Any ideas?? We have SSR building 2 occupancy date June 7th, how about everyone else that got their cards yesterday??

WE ALSO GOT NEW CARDS TO REPLACE OUR WORN OUT CARDS

They must have had a surge in updating at DVC! We also received our financial forms back, saying that the deed had been recorded...What ever that means. The papers were marked VOID since we decided to pay in full instead of financing. (Second mortgage...4%)
