Day 4: off day

Today we plan to catch up on some sleep. We'll see if Madeline lets us. She's usually up before 7am so I'm not counting on it!

I'm thinking we'll hang out at the pool and then go to Downtown Disney. The other option is going to Typhoon Lagoon (if my sister doesn't come) or going to Gatorland.

We'll just play it by ear and see how we feel. We'll either eat in the condo this night or go to a non-disney (read inexpensive) restaurant.

We'll have an early night so we can be at Epcot for rope drop the next day!


My sister is taking her sweet time deciding if she's going to join us. It's driving me NUTS! IF she comes it will be from Wed. to Wed. The other option is for her to join Madeline and I on a trip in the fall. I'm sort of hoping for that option at this point. We'd go Sunday to Friday- avoiding the weekend prices at Disney hotel's and hopefully get either a pin code, good AP rate or good AAA rate. Free dining would be nice but then I'd have to buy a ticket and I really don't want to do that!

Yep. All of our ADR's include her which at some places forces us to have 2 tables. Oh well.

Im in the same boat as you. I need IVF apparent to conceive and am ttc baby #4. Since it's obviously not happening anytime soon we're booked to go april 5-13. Wnjoy your trip and so sorry your IVF failed. I know the heartbreak.

haha I don't think Eric will part with the pic of us from MGM. I wore my Mary Jane crocs yesterday and I think I like those better then the Caymans. I also have a pair of Mickey athen flip flops that I'm bringing and Mickey Beach on their way from crocs.com. I'll have plenty of shoe's to choose from.

I LOVE my MJ crocs. I wear them everywhere in the summer. Easy to play with the kids in the backyard, clean them up with a little bit of the croc butter (did you get any of that?) they sell and put them on with capris to go out shopping. What color are yours?

I'd definately try the first haircut in at the Main Street Barber Shop! The ears sound so cute!! I like the idea of the bath books too. I'm going to go look for those in Target and the lanyards in Michaels.

Did you see the picture I posted of all our shoes? My mary janes are lavender. I think there's a free shipping code out for Crocs right now and the Disney ones were on sale on the outlet website last time I checked.

Yep got the tickets yesterday. It only took 5 days to get them. They were super quick!

I am all caught up! Great Pre Trippie!! Your daughter is so adorable. My son got his 1st haircut at the barbershop on Main Street and it was very cute. I have some pretty cute pictures (I will have to post them on my Pre Trip Report!) Looks like we will be there around the same time. I am hearing its going to be crowded.. I hope not!!!

Hi! I just finished reading your PTR. My DH and I stayed at POR for our honeymoon too. Your daughter is so cute! I saw that you are doing the Behind the Seeds tour. We did that in 2007 and it was a lot of fun! We were able to get some cool pictures. I love your purple Mary Janes. I have a pair of black Mary Janes and I think I might need to get a purple pair now. I am looking forward to reading more!

I hope you're able to conceive baby #4 soon! We've decided to give the fertility treatments a rest.

Thanks for reading. I found out recently that Eric thought we walked a ton at POR. I didn't really notice. When we were thinking of staying on site he requested to not have to walk so far. lol I got the lavender crocs cause I thought a dark color would make my feet too hot. Plus it's my favorite color!

You've done 6 wow. I hope your insurance paid for those! I think that's part of what's holding us off-- we have to pay ourselves and our RE doesn't do shared risk. Your girls are gorgeous and I"m sure so so worth it!

Day 5- EPCOT!

We're planning on rope drop today. We'll send either Eric or I to get Soarin' fast passes and the rest will head towards Test Track and MS. My mom won't do MS. She gets sick every time she goes on it - although I think the last time they were there was before the green/orange side came about. We'll then work our way around and end up at Sunshine Seasons for lunch.

The flower and Garden show will be going on so we'll be sure to check out the butterflies and whatever other exhibits are in future world.

We'll take a nap break around 1pm again and return around 4/4:30.

We plan to stick mostly to future world today. We do plan on seeing Illuminations though. I'm not sure what we'll do for supper, maybe bring something in.

I almost forgot I plan on seeing the characters at the Disney Visa spot so we might have to alter our nap plans slightly. Anyone know what time they're there?

Hopefully it will be a slow paced, relaxing day. I want plenty of time for Madeline to be able to roam and play in the fountains. I just wish Dreamfinder and Figment (the puppet sized one) were still there.

Yes you pay for it. I think it's $24.95 for the year or you can get 90 days and it's $19 i believe. I went for the year since I'm getting an AP. I like it because I can put in the rides I want to ride and it comes up with a plan. With the UG site you can't do that and it was frustrating me cause we plan on doing both "tall" rides and kid rides.

oh thanks for letting me know. I am torn now to buy a plan because I have all my ADR's so I already know what park I am going to each day. I am not sure if the plan would help me.
