Not sure since so many places are doing badly right now! We did great up north (NY & MA) and our friends/family up there are all still doing fine job wise- but the weather-YUCK! I love CA and close friends are moving to San Diego, but it is not on DH's short list
CA is one of the few states doing worse than FL too. I would say Las Veags, Nevada, Detroit, MI and CA are in the dumpster- then FL is right behind them! We just keep applying to jobs and plugging along.
