Ok you guys are very addicting. We have now purchased 210 at BW, March use yr thru disney and 210 at BCV thru resale, March use yr, that disney did not ROFR. Had 02 banked and 03 banked we paid closing, prorated dues @ $74/pt.
Have already booked spring breack 04 ressie, and am waiting on the "actual resale" closing to book summer 04 ressie. I really would like to use the 02 banked on a ressie we have (bought thru these boards) at OKW starting Sept 20th, but I don't think this might be doable.
We started out wanting WLV but no good options available for resale based on all of the advise I received from you guys. And I did not want to wait any longer to buy in. We will go on the wait list for WLV for another 210 for march use year and see how long that will take. (to leave each of my three kids 210 pts- its only fair) (like we don't need all those pts)
We have enough pts banked to carry use thru 06 with one week each at spring break and summer and either/or a weekend for the Halloween/Christmas party.
